Pricing

Power Engineering Technologies, LLP provides course and seminars to companies, unions and individuals based upon request.  We provide cost effective course and seminars to individuals and corporations to support the ability to satisfactorily complete power engineering license examinations requirements.  We utilize the American Society of Power Engineering requirements when recommending a course or seminar and approving an individual for the correct  examination. 

Our courses are charged on either an individual base or course base depending on our customer needs. 

  • We provide seminars throughout the year. Normally one in the spring and one in the fall,  for customers who can not afford the time to complete several semesters of course study. Please check our website for updated information. 
  • On site training is available upon request.
  • One week courses are provided per course requirement needs to include 10 students at a minimum and up to 20 students maximum.
    • Material and Examination fees are the responsibility of the student or organization.
    • Professional Administrative Fees are based per seminar type and non-refundable.
    • U&C charges will be applicable if providing training and examination on site.

Pricing Breakdown

 

I.                    Professional Fees shall normally be paid 30 days prior to the seminar scheduled date.

II.                  Professional Fees are non-refundable for any reason.

III.                All fees must be paid by check or money order to Power Engineering Technologies, LLP.

IV.               Any late fees shall be paid prior to sending in student examination to A.S.O.P.E.

V.                 All A.S.O.P.E. examination fees must be paid by the student in check at the time of examination. Currently the initial license fee is $45.00 in 2011.

VI.               All examination fees shall be made out to A.S.O.P.E. at the current rate.

VII.             License renewal fees are normally $30.00 annually per A.S.O.P.E in 2011.

VIII.           Estimates for each seminar will be supplied upon request by Power Engineering Technologies, LLP.

IX.               All training material produced by Power Engineering Technologies, LLP  are for the express purpose of providing training at the time of the seminar and cannot be reproduced without the express permission of Power Engineering Technologies, LLP.

X.                  All prices subject to change by Power Engineering Technologies, LLP.

XI.                All A.S.O.P.E. fees are determined by the American Society of Power Engineers and not by Power Engineering Technologies, LLP.  These fees are subject to change by authority of the A.S.O.P.E. organization only.

Initial Low Pressure Power Engineering Classes (FOE3)

       5 day seminar will be charged per current Power Engineering Technologies, LLP rates.

          Professional Fee charge per course to be paid 30 days prior to course start date to secure class requested dates.

          U&C charges to be billed after course completion.

          Specialized seminars can be done upon request.*

Initial High Pressure Power Engineering (PPOE3 & FOE2)

          5 day course will be charged per current Power Engineering Technologies, LLP rates.

          Professional Fee charge per course to be paid 30 days prior to course start date to secure class requested dates.

          U&C charges to be billed after course completion.

          Specialized seminars can be done upon request.*

High Pressure Power Engineering II (PPOE2)

          5 day course will be charged per current Power Engineering Technologies, LLP rates.

          Professional Fee charge per course to be paid 30 days prior to course start date to secure class requested dates.

          U&C charges to be billed after course completion.

          Specialized seminars can be done upon request.*

High Pressure Power Engineering I (PPOE1)

          5 day course will be charged per current Power Engineering Technologies, LLP rates.

          Professional Fee charge per course to be paid 30 days prior to course start date to secure class requested dates.

          U&C charges to be billed after course completion.

          Specialized seminars can be done upon request.*

*NOTES:

I.                    Power Engineering Technologies, LLP recommends 5 days (40 hours) minimum seminar length to increase the opportunity for students to receive information to support a satisfactory completion of the A.S.O.P.E. license examination. The customer accepts any and all responsibility in reducing the course length to save cost.

II.                  Power Engineering Technologies, LLP may provide support, when possible, at no expense to Power Engineering Technologies, LLP, to students who do not successful complete the A.S.O.P.E. license examination.  This can be in the form of review and re-examination.
